He then created the Outriders and trained each member personally to go out on missions. Her grandfather was a former mercenary, who joined the Knights of Favonius after a group of bandits killed his party, leaving him the sole survivor. This ultimately caused trouble for her grandfather, who would always be stuck with cleaning up the mess she had caused.

As a member of the Knights of Favonius, it is Amber’s duty to keep the city and its residents safe from harm. She first appears within the game to show the Traveler the way to the city of Mondstadt.
